Thus, not much warm up or much cool down, or aftercare. Something that caused me to back away from some play. Not that I didn't like/want, but knew I couldn't get there. (I) Tried to explain it to him this way: To really know that the play is coming from a (heart) place of love and trust I need "the sandwich" approach: Beforehand offer foreplay, love, affection. . . .
